Do you have to reveal cases from high school in your application for the question that asks - "Have you ever been disciplined for student conduct violations (e.g. academic probation, dismissal, suspension, disqualification, etc.) by any college or school?"

“by any college or school

If it’s in high school, I wouldn’t put it on the app. I don’t think that record follows you, but then again I have no idea. This post is probably not helpful at all lol.

No one is going to put they've been suspended but I think they have academic probations, disqualifications/dismissal, etc. on your record for high school. There's people on here that could give you a better answer, like Sheeshtopher stated.

If it was on your high school record, it was sent to your college. Your college likely has it recorded as an addendum on your record, but that wouldn’t be sent along with your transcript. This type of thing might only be revealed after a background check or audit after a school extends an offer to you. But ultimately, it’s a roll of the dice if you disclose it or not.

Your college will not be reporting this to dental schools. I would say no because I believe this question focuses on your years in university as opposed to your entire education.

I was told for ECs the cutoff is freshman year and afterwards, everything before schools dont care, not sure if it applies to academic probation.
If you extend this to every single school then it becomes a little unreasonable... I doubt schools want every applicant talking about how they got afterschool detention for skipping class in high school in 2008.

Definitely ask your pre-health advisors or ADEA imo.
