If your plans have changed for coursework, then yeah... I'm waiting until after fall semester is over to add my grades in / change spring plans because they only let you update your transcript once.

So if I wanna change what classes I'm taking now/spring, and also include updated grades, I would only be able to do it once regardless then right? If so, I'll wait until Fall semester ends.
