Academic Update regarding hours

Hey guys, quick question now that it is academic update time. Do i have to verify my observation hours again even though if i go under "PT Observation hours" it is already verified...but if i go under "Additional Information" and under "Physical Therapy Observation Hours" it gives me an option to verify them again. And also does anybody know if I can add new entries for more hours after I e-submit the academic update? thanks.
