I understand how to add new courses to my academic history and how to add my planned courses, but i cant figure out how to add grades to my last two quarters that i now have grades for, in the edit window the grade box is not available....how do you do it??

All you have to do is add a new session and enter in the semester and classes that you've taken. Then delete the old planned courses.

no. you would send the school you are attending your final transcripts.
