Academic Updates after AADSAS Submission

I submitted my AADSAS application, and my transcripts have already been verified.

I have two classes in progress that I hope to get grades for in 2 weeks - 1 month.

Is there anyway to update my transcripts and GPA calculations? Would I be well advised to alert the schools directly?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can't academic update until November, I believe. You have written those two courses down as "in progress" under courses section in your application (you did, didnt you?), so I don't think you need to call them individually.
