I'll be a student at NSU in the fall and must confirm my desire to accept the offer. My acceptance letter referred to an enclosed form inside the package on which I could confirm my decision to attend the school. However, this package did not include any form except for two greetings from the dean and executive director and an application packet to verify Florida residency. Is anyone else missing this form? I was expecting to see a form asking me to sign and select which campus I will attend. I guess I'll have to call the school and ask for a form because I have to confirm this as soon as possible.
