i'm just wondering if people are getting accepted on the spot this year. i've read some feedbacks in which people claim they got accepted right after the interview. is it still happening this year? just curious~ 🙂

Where did you get this? I didn't think people got accepted on the spot. At least it hasn't happened this year.

I know it does happen, the dentist I shadowed got accepted to UCLA about 15-20 years ago DURING his interview. He talked about some research that the interviewer was very interested in and accepted him during the interview and asked him to join the lab when he the school starts.

So it does happen.....but this was many many many years ago.

yea i was accepted on the spot...i remember it vividly. I was standing in my kitchen on the laptop when i opened the acceptance email. So I was accepted on the spot that is right around my kitchen and living room..maybe like one foot in the kitchen tile and one foot on the carpet...kinda hard to remember b.c. i instantly was trying to perform coitus with my laptop. but, I will always refer to that place as THE SPOT

It must be pretty hard to be accepted on the spot... I mean..you have to hold the laptop with one hand, and try to navigate the touchpad towards the e-mail with the other hand.

I would like to say thank you to your reference that I am KING of bad jokes...however, I can't take your compliment b.c. i have yet to say a joke...i really do have an island table there...i really do call that "THE SPOT"....and I really do think heshyn2000 is my friend...ok, so i didn't have sex with my computer..but, that would be somewhat of an exageration than a joke.....but, if I have to be the king of something...let it be..how do they say in french...Je ne sais pas francais mais c'est la vie et ou est la toilet?
