Do dental schools ever accept you with out an interview? If you interviewed last cycle, and were placed on hold/waitlist and reapply the next cycle, is there a chance that they may just accept you?

I remember readin on USC's website soemthing about a possibility for extremely competative applicants to be admitted w/o an interview...whether they really put that to practice, that I doubt.
I believe that Creighton may do this. I interviewed last cycle and was put on the active alternate list and I talked to a faculty member at Creighton who said an interview is not required for acceptance. I am hoping this is the case, but it may just be that...Hoping. Anyhow, I think I have heard NYU can accept without an interview, but I don't know of any other schools
