When do most med schools send out thier acceptances, assuming the application is completed as soon as possible? (June primary-July, August secondary)

Latest possible date: Days before school starts

It's hard to say when "most" med schools send out acceptances because there are so, so many variables involved.

well my concern is because i want to improve my application by taking a course. but i want to make sure that i don't have any acceptances first. i am essentially trying to figure out if most schools will either accept or reject by early januaury (assuming a sept or october or even november interview) is there no tendency?

There's really no way to know. If you apply early and broadly (to rolling schools) you might manage to get an Oct 15th acceptance.
