Yezzz zir, I got accepted to Buffalo. Called today to see my status and the lady was like "Congratulations...", and my body had like currents going through and it was just a beautiful moment. Anyway, I called back a few minutes later, to confirm that it was indeed me whose profile she was looking up, after a long pause she confirmed. Well...thank you everyone here and thank you for those who have personally helped me.

i called my school and asked them about my status and they wouldn't even look it up. they just gave me this rehearsed quote that your application is in review with the committee once you have interviewed. they didn't even ask for my name.
