Accepted to UOP- Did U Drop Classes?

I was recently accepted to UOP and am considering dropping a physics course that is not a pre-req for UOP. I am currently taking 19 units right now and the dropping of that physics course would take me down to 15. For those who've been accepted to UOP, did you drop any classes that are not pre-req's? Do you think it would affect our acceptance in anyway? Did you check with Veronica prior to dropping your class(es)? Thanks for the insight! 🙂

hey imprecious...i'm also thinking of that...i called the office adn they were all like "well...all we need to see if micro 300" (which i'm taking now)...so i asked whether or not i can drop the other classes...adn they say, "well, you still might want put it in writing and send it in"...so pretty much, e-mail veronica...that's what i did. i e-mailed her on tuesday morning and she still hasn't gotten back to me. so try doign that....or just try calling...see wah they say. =)

I was also accepted and I contacted Veronica (via email) to see if I could drop my classes with W's and she said that if they are not pre-req's it would not be a problem. Although she did say that if they were science classes I should consider sticking them out because they could help me out for pharmacy school. So after getting off the phone I promptly dropped all my nonpre-req science classes and am now class free till UOP starts. 😀 See you there in the fall.
