FInally! All of the stress, agony, no fun every day because I was stressing out, wondering what I am going to do next year if I dont get in is over!

I got in to WVU as an out of state applicant with no ties. I absolutely love the school! It is a small class size, they have great professors and it's not too expensive. I also recieved an interview at detroit mercy this week as well!

I cant believe today actually happened. Thanks everyone for posting helpful posts and good luck to all!

The BEST day of your life! Way to go!🙄eek: 🙄

VERY hard to do at WVU. They take very few out of state and usually those will have some ties to WV. Congrats.

I have a friend who is a D1 there now.

YEAH!!!! it is such a good feeling getting accepted to your #1 choice, congrats!!! i know you really wanted to go to WVU!!!  :hardy: :hardy:

Hey just wanted to say congrats! When did you interview there and how did they let you know you were accepted?

Thanks everyone for the support. I interviewed their December 9 and was notified last week by mail. My mom couldnt tell me though until yesterday because my phone didnt have service because I was skiing.

This is the best day of my life!

If anyone has any questions feel free to pm me.

Laelia, are you going to WVU also?

Congrats!!! I just mailed in my deposit to WVU last week. See you in August!!!

congratulations to the both of you

Congrats to you future mountaineers!👍

Thanks again. I just wanted to say that I loved the school and the small class size, student/teacher ration, campus, the city, and the new renovations that are in process. I have heard many good things about the school from them but how is the school known nationally? Any help would be great!

Congratulations!! You are going to love Morgantown. Especially if you like the outdoors. Some of the roads around campus can be very steep. If you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you will put it to good use in winter.
WVU will be high on my list for 2008. Go Mountaineers!!👍

Awesome! I do have four-wheel drive...c'mon i have to have it, i live in michigan! And there are a ton of things to do around campus. There are some really nice ski resorts, hiking, and white water rafting places to go.
