If I accept at one med school, will that prevent other schools from inviting me to interviews? I know that they all know once I've accepted somewhere. I definitely want to be able to upgrade to a better school where possible. My top choice will be influenced by interviews and tours, which I haven't had yet, of course.

i thought this information was private till 5/15.

I hope so. Can you verify that? (Maybe AAMC info.)

Schools dont know where else you applied (unless you tell them) until May 15th. I cant find the page on AAMC but I know its somewhere there.

Somebody told me that each school would know the names of all the schools to which you've been accepted. If true, dat would suck. Can somebody confirm this??

After May 15, schools know where you have been accepted. This is to ensure you do not hold multiple acceptances and to verify the integrity of LOIs. Why is this a problem?

Being accepted to one med school does not affect whether you will be interviewed elsewhere. I was accepted early on last year and continued receiving invites from my remaining schools through out the application process.
