Some schools have begun sending out financial aid notifications and I was wondering if you guys are waiting until you are 100 percent sure that you are attending that particular school before accepting the loans. Can students accept loans at multiple institutions?

i'm thinking you can except whatever you want as long as you're committed to one school come may 15. now disbursement... that's something totally different.

This is the same question I had (and posted awhile back). Does anyone know officially how this works??

Which is why the May 15th rule exists in the first place.

Guys, I am wondering about the same thing. How does the timing work here?

E.g., I got a FinAid letter from one school in mid-April. I am still waitlisted in few more schools. If I get acceptance from a better school in late June how do I handle the FinAid situation?
Or shouldn't I sign my loan papers unil a week before classes start? Is that possible?

😴😕😕😕😕😱😱 ---> :idea:
