I ACCIDENTALLY cancelled an interview I wanted (email mix-up). What should I do/what is the etiquette? Do you think this will hurt my chances? Any help please?!

Call the coordinator ASAP and explain the situation...before your spot goes to someone else.

Agreed, all you need to do is call the program coordinator and explain it was an accident. But do it ASAP
