No, sorry. You probably even scrolled past a statement somewhere along the line that refunds would not be available.
Otherwise, they'd be bombarded with requests from people who just had second thoughts about a given school all the time. From their perspective, your motivation for wanting the refund makes no difference at all. You are applying for professional school, to train for a career where making mistakes can be considerably more costly than a single application fee. So, no one is going to be very sympathetic about this.
If you want to push the issue, you can certainly contact them and ask. Maybe they will be more merciful than I believe. Let us know how that works out!
