Accuracy of UWSA vs. NBME forms

So I took couple NBME forms and both of the UWSA, and had very different results...my exam is in less than a week. I have no idea which scores I should trust more, the NMBE ones or the USWA?

In the order that I took them (all within 2 weeks of each other):

UWSA 1: 224
NBME 13: 200
UWSA 2: 230
NMBE 11: 203

Thanks, I was freaking out cause almost all the posts I read most people seemed to agree that there should be only a 10 point difference, and I was wondering how I ended up with almost 30. Maybe I just suck at taking tests.

Here is my breakdown:

USMLE SA #1: 250
USMLE SA #2: 247

NBME #3: 210!!!

We are required to take form 3 for our school, which is why I took that one. I've heard that USMLE world SA over estimate scores... Our school also said that most of our students get 10-17 points over their form 3 CBSSA.

I guess we will find out in July which was more accurate. 🙂

My two UWSAs have been pretty close to my school adminsitered CBSEs and the NBMEs that I've bought online. Maybe there's more variation in the 210-240ish range though than in the 260 range.

As a really late followup to this post, I'll say that my score on the real thing was closer to my USMLE SA than the NBME #3. I did quite a bit better than the 10-17 points over form 3 that my school predicted. Doubt that helps anybody out this year, but maybe somebody will stumble across this thread next year... of course the form 3 CBSSA is being retired this year.
