Are people using these questions for the ITE? My understanding is that they are great clinical questions, but dont cover some of the basic science topics covered in the exam. Is this true?

I'm doing them for MOCA, and like them. However, as you said, ITE also covers more basic science concepts that I haven't seen in these questions.

Also they are expensive. Unless you need the CME to maintain a license somewhere else, I wouldn't bother.

I really like the ACE program. I bought it this year for the first time. One of the most highly respected attendings (at least by the residents) here swears by it for the boards. We will see how it effects this years ITE.

My program was nice enough to purchase the last three years of ACE for us. They questions are good, but I like Hall better.

Maybe it's because my memory is skewed, but the ACE questions seem easier than the written exam (which was for the most part easy for me).

But make your own comparison when you take your ITE in March.

I do agree that they are good questions in general. I like the discussions that go with the questions.
