Have any new residents started logging their procedures and hours into ACGME?

I guess it will be required starting this year.

I know.... It seems like in Path we'll have to be creative in figuring out what will be "loggable"

I mean outside autopsy, FNA, marrows....

Is Clinical Path really as boring as I think it is? I mean the residency training.

Clinical chem can be. A lot of it depends on your own attitude and what you want to accomplish. You can spend all day learning about assays and such. Other branches of clinical path are more interactive and less boring. Micro (at many hospitals) involves a lot more. Blood bank is certainly active. Hemepath has a lot going on. It's mostly chemistry that gets the bad name.

I don't find it boring anyway though - always a lot to learn. You have to have a bit of patience though.
