Which of the following enzymes would not be present in the human small intestine?
Trypsin-> Secreted by pancreas--protein digestion
Amylase-> Secreted by pancreas--carb digestion
Pepsin--> Secreted by stomach--protein digestion
Nuclease-> break phosophodiester bond in DNA
Lipase-> secreted by pancreas--fat dig
Both pepsin and Nuclease should be listed as answers right?? Only Pepsin is listed as the correct answer. If nuclease is found in the SI what secretes it???
