How many achievement is the minimum an applicant should have in application like what is the recommendation?

Honestly there isn't a minimum or a maximum. Put everything and anything down that you can think of. I had between 7-10 or so.

I had 0 and did fine. Add them if you have them. But don't try stretching that high school attendance award to fit.

Very true. And try to stick college stuff (honor society, scholarships, academic awards, etc.)
