Achiever for MAC users...please HELP

I have my exam in 3 weeks and wanted to get started on the Achiever practice exams but it says it won't work on my Mac 🙁. I read some posts that say there are ways to get around it but it hasn't worked for me. Can anyone walk me step by step on how to open the tests with mac?

Run bootcamp, install windows on your mac, and then download/install achiever on the mac partition that it fully dedicated to running windows.

You can also install bootcamp + parallels and run mac & windows at the same time.
