question 74...the solution says:
trans 1,2 dicholorbutene has the highest dipole moment

but i thought trans dont have dipole moments?

question 75
what does liquid Br2 used in?

question 81...what if the last part was Br2 hot...would u still get the same answer as Br2 cold?

question 95
How many different types of aldo-addition products will be formed when a mixture of propanals and butanals are treated with cold base?

what if it was a non mixed would u only get 2?

74 no dipole = you are right. they should be cancelled out by the tans conformation.

75 Br2 probably is being used to brominate an alkene but don't know this case since I don't have the question.

81 I am assuming you are talking about thermo Vs kinetic product. Hot Vs Cold. Giving you different products.

Aldol question you would get 3 products, since propanal can react with itself, butanal can react with itself, then propanal and butanal can react with itself for mixed aldo reaction.

If it's not mixed, Ie. 2 propanals = 1 product , but if you have 2 alpha C's you would get 2. You need to count the alpha C's available for aldol reaction.

number 81 the equestion was

ch3ch2ch2OH ---H+/heat--> ----Br2/cold--->

now what if it was hot Br2 what would it be?

Q 95 would actually be 4 different products because the propanal and butanal would react with each other to form two different compounds depending on which alpha carbon was deprotonated (the one on butanal or the one on propanal) and the propanal,propanal and the butanal,butanal products.
