Achiever/Topscore RC

I noticed that the RC on Achiever and Topscore were slightly different in that on Achiever when you click through different questions it takes you back to the beginning of the passage....however on Topscore the passage does not move...
Can anyone tell me if on the DAT, does the passage go back to the beginning or does it stay put...errrrr...when you click through the questions...that it!
