when you compare the acidity of these 4 structures, I know that structure B and D loses a hydrogen to form the conjugate base with negative charge on the O

however, I am not sure how to form conjugate base of structure A and C since their oxygen doesnt have hydrogen attached

For C you can deprotonate the alpha hydrogen since you have a carbonyl.

So in terms of acid strength ( I think its right)

B>D>C>A

There is no hydrogen you can deprotonate in structure A and that is exactly why it is the weakest acid.
