I think you have downloaded Acrobat reader 6.0....
You will only be able to write on the pdf files if they are "Writeable" i.e. if the forms have been created for the fields...... if these files are indeed writeable then all you have to do is click in the appropriate spot e.g. next to last name and then just type.......

Otherwise if you know how to make forms in pdf files (You can only do this with the full version of Acrobat).....that is the way to make them writeable...... contact Cerbenator.....he was helping people out earlier with that kind of stuff........

If you tell me what school you are working on........I will see if I have the modified file.....

I did not apply to MCO but since it was only one page I have done it.....send me your email address......

mine expires in 7 days 😡

open the pdf file you want to edit....go to Tools...Advanced Editing...TouchUP
Text Tool...click in the document....a box should appear find the line you want to edit and start typing.

if you want to change font you can right click and select properties.

good luck. 👍

You can write on any PDF by selecting the textbox tool. That way, even if it's not a form, you can make it one. It is a little finicky, though.

You have to have professional, not reader. Here is what I wrote to someone else who emailed me about it. Pretty straightforward.

Go to Tools->Advanced Editing->Forms->Text Field Tool

Then you just make text boxes in the area u want. To type inside the fields, click the Hand Tool on the Right Side (its a hand icon). Then type.

To edit font size or move the text box around, go to
Tools->Advanced Editing->Select Object Tool (arrow icon) and click (or maybe right click, can't remember) on the text box to format it.

Hope that helps.
