So, let's say someone that was your professor, and you TAd for them passed away. I have contacted their lab manager and they are okay with me listing them as a contact. Is there a place where I an explain that I'm listing them there because the professor passed away. I'm writing in the description that I TA'd for so and so but then I think it might look weird if I list someone else as the contact and don't explain that the professor has passed. Thoughts?

I am a TA for a lecture course but I am directly supervised by one of the lab managers.

Lol, I was supervised by the professor but they are now dead so I'm asking the lab manager to vouch for me.....I've already graduated several years ago.

Do I make it clear that he has passed away? I don't want to give the wrong impression or misrepresent the situation.

Also, for publications, why is there an hour total? I'm not even sure how many hours to list for that.

1) When you give the professor's name and title in the narrative, add "(now deceased)".

2) Enter a zero for the hours of a Publication.
