Activities Dates Error; Seeking Advice (24-25 cycle)

Basically, I sent my primary last week for verification and as I was working on my DO app I saw that the dates for one activity are listed in the wrong summer (2023, as opposed to 2021) and it makes it so that I am working/volunteering/researching 45 hours a week along with 9 credits during the summer 2023 semester.

I am planning to send an email to each school I am applying to, clarifying this. This will make it so that I am only doing 30 hours of work and is actually true to my life experience. Is this something I send to their admissions email or am I done for?

I have gotten conflicting information from different threads either stating send an email clarifying when the primaries are sent or most will not notice and by emailing you're drawing attention to your incompetence

I wouldn't bother. Let it ride. Minor mistake imo.
