Activity restrictions following SCS implantation

So specifically what do you all tell your patients with regard to activity restrictions following SCS implantation. I realize it's probably different for paddle vs perm perc leads. I have several patients that want to get back to being pretty active i.e. bull riding 😀

Honestly, I let the rep tell them all that. That may be true for the rest and the reason nobody has replied. For trials, no bending or showers for the duration of trial. For permanents-I don't know, can't afford to do them.
 
I tell them what we did during my fellowship: No lifting more than a gallon of milk, twisting or bending for the next three months, abdominal binder vs back brace for 3 months, and 10 weeks for PT. PNS has the same restricitions except no back brace or binder.
