I am practicing with the OAT achiever....and wanted to know is the actual OAT presentation...i mean like on the computer screen similar to the OAT achiever's...
like 1 question per page and for RC you have full passage first and then also the passage is on the bottom when answering questions?

Yes, it is pretty close to the real thing. It is 1 question per page. The reading comprehension section has the passage on every page so you don't have to flip back and forth between screens. So that would be the same also. Hope that helps.

Pretty much the same like Oogilily mentioned. But RC in achiever carries 50 Q's with 60 minutes, whereas the real deal is 40 problems with 50 minutes.
