Serum lipase is increased in 3-5 days
serum Amylase is increase in 12-15 hrs so for pancreatitis acurate answer is the Lipase increase which confirms it being a pancreatitis

amylase!

nahh im kidding 🙂 its lipase..

hey.. just wanted to ask.. in DA section.. do we have to recognize teeth from pictures or drawings? or is it more like to know special features of a specific tooth...
btw..any tips on how to study tooth morphology..it is killing me..
i know that this question suppose to be easy once u master the subject..like less likely that u'll be suprised in the exam..
but till i mastter just know that im suffering..any suggestion on how to ace this topic?

Sinatra, what do u use for studying the DA section?
I ve not started it yet...but I think when Im gonna study it, I will focus on teeth in groups...like premolars togather...i think by this way it will be more efficient

You'll have to identify teeth, yes. How can you expect to be a good dentist without being able to recognize a tooth?

I'm not trying to patronize you. It's important material, and the exam will cover it from multiple angles. You should try to learn it in as much detail as possible.
