ADA 2007 and 2009 Sample Tests

I was just wondering if the "ADA Sample" people were referring to was the 2007 free version available on the ADA site.

Also, for the 2009 version, do you recommend buying the web-based or print-copy format, and why?

I got the ADA09 Sample Test in web based format, because I was on a tight schedule and didn't want to wait for the shipping time associated with the print format. Also the DAT is a computerized test, so I thought I could simulate it better by using the web-based format (even though the web based format is not the same as the real DAT in terms of layout/format).
