ADA and sending out first 5 scores

I signed up to take the DATs awhile ago, like beginning of spring semester. i remeber it said to list like 5 schools i'd like my DAT scores to be sent to. Two questions: first... i don't remember which 5 schools i put down, how can i find my choices...and can i change them? second, are these free score reports that will automatically be sent to those five schools? thanks!

I had the same problem. What you do is you call the number listed for DAT registration on ADEA.org site; when you call this 1-800-xxx-xxxx (sorry, can't recall at the moment), give them your name, SSN, and you can ask them to tell you which schools you designated at the time when you registered to take DAT.

Unfortunately, they will not chance/substitute the five schools you requested.

Any additional score reports are $15 per school.
