Of these two, which is the most similar to the real thing?

I think it's kind of in the middle. The ADA test was too easy, I thought, and the Kaplan ones were too difficult. I thought the physics section of the Kaplan test was pretty good practice for the actual test though. I did pretty terrible on my Kaplan tests, but ended up doing fairly well on my OAT: AA:360, TS: 380.

ADA is more similar. The QR is a lot easier on the ADA than the real one however.
Kaplan's physics (at least for my edition, forgot the year) was ridiculously off.
Use both for practice, but don't rely on either for specific expectations.
