Hey i was just wondering if anybody who has already taken the DAT recently can give their opinion on how similiar the sample test posted on the ADA website is compared to the real thing. A breakdown of similiarities on each section would be great (bio, gchem, ochem, math, reading)
?

I'll go ahead and tell you that the sample test is easier for the most part, but if you search for other posts about it you will find a lot of information comparing the two.

I think it's a pretty accurate predictor of the real thing, score and questions wise. I actually saved mine til a week b4 my DAT and scored about the same in both. Almost all of the practice tests other than this are harder than the real thing.

interesting! could you please post your real scores and the ADA practice scores?

I took it a while ago...before I took my first DAT..and it was def easier.

Theres alot of questions about it popping up here lately, so I might retake it and try again.

But I would say its easier than the real thing, esp the bio
