I was wondering where can I find explanation to ADA practice test not just the answer key.

There is a link to explanations for the 2007 edition of the DAT on DAT bootcamp's web site. However, if you are asking for explanations on the 2009 test, you are SOL. Most people just post the questions and ask for help. Also - the 2009 DAT has errors in it. Cheers.
