How would you prefer it be written? 30mg in the AM with a separate script for 10mg at noon? And make the patient pay two copays you monster?!
Lol calm down. I wanted others opinion on it. It was written that was and i thought it was a bit odd but still dispensed it. Turns out doctor called in the wrong drug. It was supposed to be just the regular adderall.
No difference in 20mg IR TID, and they take 1-2/day and sell the rest.
Unfortunately we are out of stock

It really is a travesty how bad peds care is in my area when you have pediatricians attempting Zyprexa for 3 year olds and 11-year olds allegedly "needing" up to 100 mg methylphenidate daily.
Sounds like a lack of access to competent pediatric psychiatrists.
Unnecessary but effective.Besides the fact that this drug is 99% unnecessary, not a big problem with sig.
Unnecessary but effective.
Sure, effective at getting kids addicted to meth when they are 3 and allowing parents to continue being useless human beings.

What a fresh take. But how will students get 4.0’s without it?
