Adding a late LOR

Hi,

While I was following up with the dental schools I have applied to, I found out my application was incomplete for one school because I am missing a letter from a dentist.

But, I wonder whether the other dental schools (not to mention the school requiring the letter) would see me unfavourably if I add a new evaluator at the last minute...

I just sent an extra letter I needed directly to that school.

Depends on the school, I had ended up shadowing an omfs surgeon after applying & he sent an additional recommendation to my 3 top choices. Thinking it worked because I got into my top school, but at the same time I have no idea if it was even considered.
