Adding an LOR after having interviewed at programs already

I just got an email from my preceptor that he has a very strong LOR for me since I did a really good job on a rotation with him, however, I already applied to programs and interviewed at most of them and have the 3 required LORs. Do you guys think that I should still submit that LOR. I don't see how it could hurt. Granted it's not a PM&R letter, but I figured it should still somewhat help since its a strong letter.
