Adding Observation Hours After E-Submit?

I only have a little over 100 observation hours and for some reason I was under the impression that I couldn't add observation hours after e-submitting. Is it too late? Will the schools I already applied to look at my newly inputted observation hours? And do you guys recommend I get more hours in to strengthen my application before schools make their final decisions? Thanks for any help!

You probably have enough, maybe during academic update but I'm not sure. Look at their FAQs.

You can add more anytime...on the PTCAS application click on observation hours and you can add a new entry. The schools that I applied to got notified when I did more hours.
