Additional degrees vs residency match rate

Hey guys, do you think having an additional degree other thana PhD., such as an MPh., MBA, etc., would increase your chances in getting the match you want? Thanks!

I would say that it couldn't hurt but I wouldn't expect a MPh could make up much for either lousy board scores or poor grades.

Probably, it fits in well with the age old advice, in addition to other good things, it might sweeten up your application. 😀
