Current PGY1 pleased with salary & even 1rst year inhouse moonlighting opportunities within my program but have come across unexpected financial bind.
Have researched the forum and am inelligible for the following loan programs 1) ACCESS Medical Residency Loan
2) Chase Residency Loan
3) Med Achiever Residency Travel and Relocation Loan
4) Medloans MEDEX Loan
because of my current residency status or history of borrowing already with the lender. Really do not want to get a private loan with personal bank.
If anyone knows of any other loans, would be appreciated

Check with your program/hospital. Sometimes they will have "emergency" funds that residents can use and then pay back slowly over time.
