In the additional info sections, I do not want to write about fluff that will hurt me but I do have a question regarding it. My parents have funded a school in their hometown in another country and I was thinking if it is worth writing about as this is a place I do intend to work in for a month or two before I matriculate to college. The school is targeted for children in rural areas that would not be receiving an education due to location and financial constraints.

That is something your parents did. Not you.Writing that will make you come off bad.
Its fine to write that you plan to work in their school when asked what you plan to do in your gap year.
For additional info sections, talk about stuff that makes you a good candidate for their school and medicine.
