Hello everyone,
If I have an additional LOR that I need to send to AADSAS, but the name of the evaluator was not originally on my AADSAS, do I just go ahead and send it to them anyway w/ a matching form?

Yes, you can just send your new letter with the matching form. Supplying the names of your evaluators to AADSAS is only an optional requirement, so you sould be just fine.
