Additional/optional essays weight on app

How much weight do the additional essays carry? For TMDSAS there is 2 additional essays, my PS is fine but my 2 essays aren't great!

The other two essays are pretty difficult to write compared to the personal statement IMO. I can't really say how much weight they carry but make sure you do them.

I thought the second one (Personal Characteristics) is mandatory as well?

Yeah it's mandatory, I'm at the point where I just want to submit and if they think my other essays are as bad as I think thennnnnnn... great minds think alike 😎
