Additions to Transcript, not verified yet, send another one?

Sorry for the awkward thread title.

I just got a recognition from my transcript that appears on my transcript regarding research. My primary hasn't been verified yet. Do I send them another transcript from my school? Or should I just mention the addition on the 'additional information' section of secondaries?

Or do I do something else?
