ADEA 2008 book...

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Umm... you didn't really answer my question... D

Well to be more specific. It is the 2008 guide for students entering on 09'. It has the stats from the class of the 2007 admissions cycle. Obviously it can't have the stats for the 2008 cycle, b/c they have not started class yet.

Anyway, what would you like to know about it?

Oh cool. I wanted to know if they have a stat for AA range (not the mean, but the lowest and highest score) for the dental schools? Specifically temple. thanks.

According to this book, Temple had an AA range from 16-22 with a median at 18.

When (i.e. what month) is the new ADA guide put out? I am going to be applying next spring, so when should I buy the book? Should I buy the book that is currently out?

Usually in Feb of upcoming cycle. This means that if you plan on entering D-school in Nov, 2020, the book will have the stats for the 2018 entering class.

Entering Year - 2 = Year of stats

So does that mean I should buy the current book if I want to get an idea of where I should apply? I'll have my DAT scores at the end of August, so I can start looking at schools then....

Thanks for the answer, PDizzle!
