Hi all:
I am kind of late in the residency game and still working on filling the experience part in ADEA PASS. I have a very silly question, for the Description/ Key responsibilities, should I use short paragraph or bullet points?

I did short paragraphs. I believe the limit is 600 characters, but most of mine were 300-400. I found any more characters and I was forcing it or being redundant.
