My oldest son (4 yrs old) was diagnosed with ADHD, so his Dr.
prescribed him Amphetamine. The first 3 days I have not noticed
any changes in him (taking on-half tablet in the morning and
one-half at noon for 4 days). Thursday he started to take 1 in
the morning and 1 at noon and his teacher said that he was
perfect!! Hopefully he doesn't have to take these tables
his whole life 🙁.
Well, let's get to my question! He has a hard time swolling it,
is there any other way I can give it to him?

Thx in advance

Difficult to make the diagnosis in someone under 5 years (but not impossible). Assuming everything is correct, there are capsules of dexadrine and metadate that can be opened and sprinkled on food (applesauce, etc.) for young children to take.
