Okay...so the job hunt begins. No fellowship for me. I am in the process of lining up a few job interviews and wanted to pick your brains about a few things.

1) What are some of the important questions that I want to ask before entering into private practice?
2) Are groups likely to offer jobs during the interview? (this scares me as I am not ready to sign yet)
3) What were others experiences like interviewing for jobs and what advice do you have?
